The idea first took root when I travelled to Paris with my husband and our then 2-year-old. To prepare her for what she would see, I read her the Madeline books and pointed out the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame Cathedral. Then, when we finally arrived, she pointed to the tower and looked at me with recognition in her eyes. 

The next year, the idea grew even more when we had the opportunity to travel to South Korea. Seeing how well the Madeline books helped her engage with the trip, I searched for something similar, but came up short. I then searched for any type of Korea-specific travel toy for three-year-olds. Again, I didn't find anything. 

On our flight to Incheon Airport, I looked over at my toddler quietly arranging and then rearranging the stickers in her reusable sticker book about cars. I thought to myself, "This book would be perfect if it were about South Korea".

From there the idea sprouted. I began researching what it took to create these reusable sticker books, sought out feedback from other moms on the idea, then learned how to start a business. To test my idea, I decided to design my first sticker book based on my nearest city in the hopes tourists from around the world will see them. Next thing I knew, I was ordering my first shipment from the manufacturer and they arrived on my doorstep two months later.

My dream is to grow the reusable sticker book collection to beyond Canada, and beyond only sticker books -- but ultimately I want to create a South Korea booklet my toddler would have loved.
